The VShojo Store is, as of 11:30pm ET on July 22, 2025, unavailable online. If someone attempts to reach any page on the site, it will display a message that states it “is currently unavailable.” It is not possible to log into an account, and the only link on the page prompts someone to enter a password to gain access. The company made no statement on its social media account or official website, and CEO Justin “Gunrun” Ignacio hasn’t made any statement online.
This comes after every Vtuber with VShojo announced they would part ways with the company. On July 21, 2025, following the departure of members like Geega and Zentreya, Ironmouse announced VShojo owed her money and hadn’t made an over $500,000 donations to the Immune Deficiency Foundation charity from her subathon. Between then and July 22, 2025, every performer associated with it announced intentions to leave and become indies. So did some of the individuals who had passed previous auditions to join the company as Vtubers.
VShojo has yet to make a statement about the situation as of 11:40pm ET on July 22, 2025. This means the status of any orders placed by individuals at the VShojo Store is also unknown. The contact page for orders involved a form that would ask for someone’s name, email and phone number when live. The contact section on the company’s site only goes to [email protected].
VShojo was founded in November 2020 by Justin “Gunrun” Ignacio, Phillip “MowtenDoo” Fortunat, and Daniel “Apek” Sanders, though Fortunat left the company in May 2025. Since the announcement by Ironmouse, Fortunat commented on social media with a message directed at Fortunat.
