Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate has the entire cast of characters from Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper plus additional characters. Kasumi from Dead or Alive 5, Sterk from Atelier Meruru (as well as earlier Atelier titles), and Sophitia from Soulcalibur are playable in the PlayStation 3/Vita game.
Tecmo Koei also rebalanced Warriors Orochi 3, added a triple rush combo and a True Musou Burst which makes all six characters attack that can be triggered in two player mode. The game also has two new scenarios to hack and slash through. One shows what happened after Hydra’s defeat and the other explains Orochi’s backstory.
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate is slated for release on September 26 in Japan.
