Period: The weeks of May 13 – May 19 (2019) Top-seller: Ys: Memories of Celceta – Kai – 13,895 (PS4) Nintendo Switch: 32,564 (Total: 8,158,201) New Nintendo 2DS LL & 2DS: 2,160 (1,621,589) New Nintendo 3DS LL: 369 (5,878,028) PlayStation 4: 5,572 (6,923,645) PlayStation 4 Pro: 3,988 (1,163,669) PlayStation Vita: 290 (5,859,958) Xbox One X: 60 (15,237) Xbox One S: 52 (90,254) << Last week’s software sales chart << How to read and understand sale   Ys: Memories of Celceta first released for the PS Vita in September 2012 and it made its way to PlayStation 4 last week in Japan to top Famitsu’s weekly video game sales chart.   Ys: Memories of Celceta serves as the basis title to the previous main-numbered entry in Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana as well as the next on, Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, so it was a good timing for Falcom to reintroduce the game. The PS4 version, Ys: Memories of Celceta – Kai, opened at #1 with 13,895 units sold for PS4.   Super Smash Bros. Ultimate followed at #2 with 8,507 units sold for Switch, then Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at #3 with 7,258 units. Minecraft charted at #4 with 6,954 units sold for Switch, and the previous week’s top-seller in Days Gone was #5 with 6,276 units sold on PS4.   In hardware sales, the PS4 sold 5,572 plus an additional 3,988 PS4 Pros for a total of 9,560 units. The Nintendo Switch was the best-selling console with 32,564 units sold in the week.   The top-10 chart of last week is as follows:
