Wendy’s First Kitchen, the Japanese branch of the restaurant franchise, announced a Hololive Vtuber crossover. The event will be called Bakatare Diner and feature Shirakami Fubuki, Shiranui Flare, and Tsunomaki Watame. It will start on August 15, 2025, then run until September 21, 2025.

We don’t know what exactly this event will entail just yet. Sometimes when these crossovers come up, it can mean there will be themed foods sold. That happened at Kura Revolving Sushi, as there were three pieces during that event tied to Gigi Murin, Ninomae Ina’nis, and Ouro Kronii. So we could see special burgers tied to each Hololive Vtuber at Wendy’s First Kitchen in Japan. The official art of Flare, Fubuki, and Watame in Wendy’s blue-and-white dress and white apron uniforms is entirely new. It’s possible we could see things like acrylic keychains or stands with these character designs.

Here’s the full art for the announcement:

The Bakatare Diner name, for those unfamiliar, refers to Bakatare-domo. In Hololive, there will sometimes be units made up of different performers, regardless of what generation or region they are from, for songs. Flare, Fubuki, and Watame have been one since about 2022. One of the songs with them is “Let’s Go, Bakataration.” Here’s how that sounds.

This means there could possibly be a performance from all three for perhaps a Wendy’s commercial.

The Hololive Vtuber Wendy’s First Kitchen Bakatare Diner event runs in Japan between August 15, 2025 and September 21, 2025.
