What Is Genshin Impact’s 5-Star Dish?

Eating is crucial for survival in Genshin Impact. Not just because food restores health, but because certain meals have other effects. For example, you could get temporarily increased damage and defense. As you’d expect, a 5-star dishes would have the best effects, but there’s only one in Genshin Impact so far: Adeptus’ Temptation.

How do I cook the 5-star Adeptus’ Temptation dish in Genshin Impact?

As I mentioned before, there is only one 5-star dish in Genshin Impact, and it’s the Adeptus’ Temptation. It’s actually pretty easy to prepare, though you need a number of ingredients for it.

It requires the following items:

  • 3 Matsutake
  • 3 Shrimp Meat
  • 4 Crab
  • 4 Ham

While that may seem like a lot of effort, it is definitely worth cooking the Adeptus’ Temptation and keeping some in your inventory at all times. Especially its Delicious Quality version, which requires no mistakes when cooking it.

Adeptus’ Temptation has the following effects in Genshin Impact:

  • Suspicious Quality: Increases all party members’ ATK by 260 and CRIT Rate by 8% for 300 seconds.
  • Normal Quality: Increases all party members’ ATK by 316 and CRIT Rate by 10% for 300 seconds.
  • Delicious Quality: Increases all party members’ ATK by 372 and CRIT Rate by 12% for 300 seconds.

Where can I find the Adeptus’ Temptation recipe in Genshin Impact?

The recipe for Adeptus’ Temptation is found in a Luxurious Chest above Qingyun Peak in Liyue. You’ll need to solve a bird statue puzzle, then use wind currents to fly up and get it. It’s worth admiring the view while you’re up there, too, because it is simply beautiful.

Genshin Impact is free-to-play now on the PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and iOS and Android devices.
