Sunken Ship Password in Super Mario RPG
Throughout the Sunken Ship level in Super Mario RPG, you must complete several puzzle rooms to obtain a series of key letter hints. Once you have collected all six scrolls, you are asked to solve a word teaser that will give you the password to access the King Calamari boss battle.
We’ve got you covered if you don’t feel like jumping through the various puzzles! The Sunken Ship password in Super Mario RPG is PEARLS. Once you arrive at the room, you just need to spell out the phrase using the correct order of key letters.
To enter the Sunken Ship password, stand under the crate closest to the room’s window in the first row. Once there, jump with Mario to hit the box five times. Each time the plumber’s head hits the crate, the puzzle’s cursor will move over to the following letter. Once you reach ‘P,’ you are done with the first crate.
You will now need to finish spelling out the rest of the word PEARLS by using Mario to jump under each crate in the correct order. However, it should be noted that you need to start from right to left once you reach the second row of boxes. I have provided an image below to clarify what I mean.
If you have entered the Sunken Ship Key Letters in Super Mario RPG correctly, the final crate should be ‘S.’ Now, all you need to do is walk up to the golden speaker at the back of the room and press the ‘A’ button on your controller to speak the password.
