Not a long time passing after the release of the Xbox 360, it’s hard to get a “core” Xbox system. If you head to any retailer you’ll find that the solo console has been replaced with a Forza Motorsport Bundle that costs $179.99. Previously the big black box was only $149.99, which makes finding an Xbox post 360 more expensive. Why? Joystiq speculates that maybe this is to drive the sales of the 360 by making the original Xbox look like a bad value.
