Where Is the Date Everything Attic Key

While most of the Date Everything characters are pretty easy to find, some of them are hidden away in the attic or crawlspace and require a key to reach. However, initially Dorian doesn’t seem to helpful when figuring out how to reach them. Here’s how to get into all the love interests in the crawlspace and attic.

Where is the attic key in Date Everything? 

I found you could actually get the attic key within your first in-game “week” of playing Date Everything, provided you prioritize getting it. It just involves a few conversations with Dorian.

First, talk to the attic door Dorian, which is the locked room at the end of the second floor hallway, just past the closet with the fuse box. When you first talk to him, he’ll explain it is locked and talk with you about why that might be. 

Next, go talk to attic door Dorian again. This time, he’ll explain two floors down he can sense someone who used to be good at getting him to open up. At this point, head down to the first floor office. Go into the closet there. It’s the one with the hot water heater in it. If you look down, you’ll see a small rug. With the Dateviator glasses off, interact with the rug. It will roll back to reveal a trap door. Interact with that door to open it. You’ll then be able to descend the ladder by clicking on it to enter the crawlspace. In addition to Bodhi the time capsule, Keith the key will appear on the floor. 

Here’s what the trap door looks like and the key that you’ll find on the ground near the column.

Use the Dateviators on Keith. He’ll explain he is a skeleton key and can grant you access to the attic. You then get to take the key, which you can use to open that locked door. 

Head upstairs and talk to the attic door Dorian with the Dateviators. You will need to wait a day, if you talked to him earlier that day to find out about the crawlspace. Keith will appear. After the conversation, you’ll get access to the attic. You’ll also have an option to immediately become friends with Keith.
