Finding voice lines in Honkai: Star Rail is different than in Genshin Impact, as the profiles are in a different location. Going to the Character Details page won’t take you to the menu to find them. Rather, you need to get to the Data Bank to hear from characters.

First, open up the in-game menu to access the Data Bank. Selecting Characters will let you see all 21 playable people in the game. You can then click on a profile for a character you own in Honkai: Star Rail to access their voice lines. This will list the options, as well as show the voice actor in the selected language.

For example, let’s look at Dan Heng’s voice lines in his profile in Honkai: Star Rail. Like in Genshin Impact, these involve reactions, insights into who he is, and his commentary on other characters. The following show up in his profile. However, as more characters join the game, there could end up being additional “About” options.

Here’s the list of Dang Heng’s topics so far. If you tap one, you’ll also see subtitles for the text at the bottom when the character “speaks.”

  • First Meeting
  • Greeting
  • Parting
  • About Self: Past
  • About Self: Reasons for Boarding the Express
  • Chat: Cloud-Piercer
  • Hobbies

  • Knowledge

  • About Himeko
  • About Welt
  • About Pom-Pom

As a reminder, you’ll also go to this profile to see a character’s information, personal story, Traces details, and Eidolons.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for PCs and mobile devices, and PS4 and PS5 versions are in development.
