A new Final Fantasy game debuted in 2023, but it’s also sort of an old one. Square Enix brought Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis to mobile devices, and that meant lots of characters showed up again. However, while the cast of the original games’ storylines might be large, the number of playable people in these adaptations will be a bit smaller as the game grows. So, here’s who you can expect to add to teams right now.

Right now, we know of ten playable characters for Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis. You can access them without having to worry about a gacha. They’re just generally available. However, you do need to use the gacha to get improved equipment for them.

Yup! We’re only seeing Zack at launch. Perhaps we’ll see some sort of update later that could add a different version of Cloud Strife or Angeal Hewley.
