D.C. Douglas, the voice actor for Wesker in Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles, and Resident Evil 5 did not return to voice Wesker in this installment in the series. Neither did Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil: Code Veronica, and Resident Evil 4 voice actor Richard Waugh. Waugh may have seemed like the natural choice to reprise his role, given his stint at voicing the character in the original release of the game.

However, an entirely new voice actor has taken the mantle of Wesker: Craig Burnatowski. This is Burnatowski’s first role in any Resident Evil title. However, he does have some credits in Ubisoft titles like Watch Dogs 2, The Division 2, and Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. A demo is available. Additionally, PlayStation 5 version will have a VR mode exclusive to the PSVR 2.
