Wii Remote Plus In Four Pretty Colors

imageNintendo confirmed what a retail listing for Flingsmash first leaked, Wii Remote Plus is waggling its way into stores. This remote integrates the Wii Motion Plus dongle into the remote.

 

While a slide with four remote colors was shown at the Nintendo conference, a release date for Wii Remote Plus was not announced at the event. In addition to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, which requires Wii MotionPlus, Nintendo anticipates other new MotionPlus games in the future.

 

Games that currently support Wii MotionPlus include: Conduit 2, Avatar: The Game, Red Steel 2, Zangeki no Reginleiv, New Carnival Games, Virtua Tennis 2009, and Wii Sports Resort.
