In WILL: A Wonderful World, a narrative game working through Greenlight, players will be playing as a deity, receiving prayers and messages from mortals. They can manipulate the events relayed in those messages to change the lives of the people calling out to them, improving, taunting, or otherwise altering their fate.
Players create change in a life by moving blocks of text around in the messages that get sent to them, changing the order of events. They can also move these events between the messages of other mortals. By doing this, the player can change the mortal’s life, make connections between characters, and alter the storyline in dramatic ways.
Taking place over 70 scenes, players will be able to change the mortals’ endings to lead to humorous, sad, and happy ends by their actions. Only some of the endings will further the plot, but all will show different aspects of the characters.
