Witch-Hunting Roguelite Platformer Xenon Valkyrie Comes To PS Vita

Xenon Valkyrie, the roguelite platformer where players must head deep into a randomly-generated moon to hunt down a wicked witch, has gone portable with a release on PS Vita.

Xenon Valkyrie offers three different heroes for players to take on their adventure, each able to use their own special skills and the game’s one hundred+ weapons to fight all of the monsters and huge bosses that stand in the way of beating up the witch. Players will grow their character’s stats as they defeat these creatures, growing ever-stronger, and they’ll need that strength to deal with the surprising stages that get generated for them to play through.

Xenon Valkyrie doesn’t just offer a single route through its generated stages, instead giving players many different ways to go through the game. Based on choice of route and some other elements, players will get one of several endings to their pixelated journey, but that’s assuming they survive long enough as death is permanent.
