Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness was released worldwide on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in 2016. However, the Xbox One version only appeared in Asia, which meant it didn’t originally offer an English language option. That’s changed now, as 5pb has announced via Twitter that the Xbox One’s Asian versions of Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness have received an update that patches an English language option into the game.
The patch allows Xbox One owners who have purchased the Asian version of Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness to play the game entirely in English. 5pb clarified that the Japanese version has not received this patch, to make sure any interested importers acquire the correct version of the game. The Xbox One is a region-free system that can play physical copies of games from other regions.
