XCOM Reboot Misses March, Shuffled To After April 2012 Along With Borderlands 2

2K Marin’s XCOM reboot was originally slated for March 6, 2012. During an investor’s report, Take Two announced the shooter has been rescheduled to "fiscal year 2013." That pegs its release between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013. For more about XCOM check out Siliconera’s interview with producer Drew Smith.

Borderlands 2 is also a fiscal year 2013 title, which means it will be released within the same timeframe.

 

Next year, Take Two will release The Darkness II on February 7, 2012 and Max Payne 3 in March 2012. Both titles will be on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Grand Theft Auto V is listed as "TBA" for its release window and platforms .
