Rinne is described as a gorgeous Blade with an ojou-sama aura surrounding her. She’s designed by Paseri who is best known for his work on several ship girls from the Kantai Collection, or KanColle, series. She’s voiced by Ari Ozawa who happened to be the voice behind several KanColle girls in the German heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen, Japanese Destroyer Akizuki, Japanese Destroyer Nowaki, Kuchiku Seiki, and Kubo Suiki

The above is a look at Rinne’s synchronization scene. She likes money, maidservants, and tea parties.
