Following the leak earlier in the week, Sega revealed Yakuza Studio’s latest title, Yakuza Kiwami 2, an HD remake of Yakuza 2 on PlayStation 4, during their new titles announcement event.

As previously mentioned, Yakuza Kiwami 2 is being made using the latest Dragon Engine that was used for Yakuza 6. In addition to an updated story and enhanced audio, it’ll have a new scenario that lets you play as Goro Majima.
A limited edition version of the game was also revealed. It comes wtih the game, a three-disc Kiwami CD set, 10 special business cards featuring characters from the game, and various DLC including exclusive costumes, weapons, and Play Spot characters as well some in-game money with a million yen.
This limited edition will be available for 11,590 yen plus tax, and it also comes with its own PS4 theme and avatar, all in a special box.
A limited edition Yakuza Kiwami 2 PlayStation 4 model was also revealed. It’ll release on December 7 for 33,480 yen for the 500GB model and 38,480 yen for the 1TB model, tax not included.
