Level-5 will be shifting their attention towards their other IPs such as Inazuma Eleven, Snack World, and the recently announced Megaton Musashi, but Yo-kai Watch will still get some smartphone love with Yo-kai Watch: Daijiten and Yo-kai Watch: Gerapo Rhythm, which were showcased during Level-5 Vision 2016.
Yo-kai Watch: Daijiten is an educational quiz game that will test your Yo-kai Watch knowledge, along with spelling and other miscellaneous subjects in order to complete its Unabridged Dictionary (Daijiten). There will be some curveballs in there, as not all quizzes revolve around Yo-kai Watch.
Yo-kai Watch: Daijiten will release in Japan in November 2016 for Android and iOS.
Next up at 1:!2 is Yo-kai Watch: Gerapo Rhythm, the series’ first rhythm game. It has simple controls where you tap along with the rhythm of the songs or follow patterns. There are a bunch of tracks from throughout the entire series that you’ll get to take on. You can also request for a Yo-kai to get some appeal during the show, which seems to increase the score during your performances.
