Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of Dana’s New PC Release Window Is April 2018

Back in January 2018, NIS America released an update that delayed the PC version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana indefinitely. However, it now appears the port of the game will be appearing in the near future. Takuro Yamashita, President and CEO of NIS America, appeared on Greg’s RPG Heaven to confirm that the game will be released in April 2018.

Yamashita noted there was a small issue in porting Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana to the PC, noting how it would have to support many types of PCs. He then says that “next month,” which is April 2018, is when the game will come to Steam.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is immediately available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It will come to the Nintendo Switch in Summer 2018.
