Zelda: Breath of the Wild Now Has Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) And Korean Language Support

Nintendo announced last year that we’ll get new language support for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and we now have Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) and Korean language support with Version 1.5.0 that just launched.

Here are the patch notes from Nintendo:

  • You can now select Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), or Korean in the language settings menu on the Switch console to display text in the selected language.
    • Voice Language selection is not supported for the above languages. If you choose “Match System Settings” in Options, voice data will be set to Japanese.

  • Various fixes to improve gameplay.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available on the Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
