Takara Tomy launched a Zoids smartphone MOBA-style game called Zoids: Field of Rebellion last April and the company announced that it’ll be ending its service on July 27, 2018.
The service termination notice says that fans have shared love for the game since its launch back in April 18, 2017 and they’ve decided to end its service on July 27, 2018 at 11:00am JST.
While no details were offered as to why it is ending, the company’s PR staff deeply apologizes for having it end like this. The “Zoid Gold” microtransaction currency is no longer available for purchase.
Zoids: Field of Rebellion is available in Japan for iOS and Android.
