See you next year, Itadaki Street DS? images Surfer Girl, the internet’s enigmatic insider(?), has stirred up plenty of discussion with rumors about Beyond Good & Evil 2 and games that never saw the light of day. Her information is yet to be proven, but it’s quite tantalizing to read.

Now she has a rumor about Itadaki Street DS and in her notebook it is coming to North America next year. Out of all the Itadaki Street entries it’s definitely the version that will sell the most. Nintendo’s iconic plumber stars in it, it’s got wireless play and as a side bonus Square-Enix gets to introduce gamers to Dragon Quest characters before the DS remakes come to North America.

I've played the import, and it plays awesomely. I just wish I understood what I was doing. I mean, I get that you can invest money on certain property plots and mooch off the earnings of others who are doing better than you, but as for the bonus cards and other elements, it's nothing more than Nintendo/SquareEnix eye candy for me. I'll definitely pick this one up if it does come out. It's like Monopoly advanced!
