Snow fights alongside Serah and Noel as a guest during in a certain event in Final Fantasy XIII-2. Soon, you can add him as a party member.

Gilgamesh is not entirely without a sense of humour.

While Final Fantasy XIII-2 is quite different from the Super Nintendo era Final Fantasy games, Square Enix is throwing fans a bone with by adding Gilgamesh as a downloadable colosseum challenger.

Square Enix has two more costumes for Final Fantasy XIII-2. Serah’s outfit is designed by AKB48 idol Yuko Oshima and Ezio’s cloak from Assassin’s Creed for Noel.

Gilgamesh comes from Final Fantasy V and it looks like he brought a few of his tricks from Dissidia 012. In addition to swords, Gilgamesh has a rocket launcher and machine guns.

On April 10th, the Assassin’s Creed Ezio hoodie for Noel will be available for 300 yen or 240 Microsoft Points ($3). Serah will get a costume designed by AKB48 member Yuko Oshima too, which will be released on the same day for free.

Serah and Noel will have an alien encounter in the colosseum. PuPu the blue alien that loves elixirs will appear in Final Fantasy XIII-2 as downloadable content.

The latest Final Fantasy XIII collaboration blends fantasy and reality by putting Lightning in Arena Homme+ Play. Characters from Final Fantasy XIII and its sequel XIII-2 will model Prada’s Men’s Spring and Summer 2012 collection.

The Gilgamesh in Final Fantasy XIII-2 is based on Final Fantasy V so he doesn’t have cardboard arms. The

Lightning will get her own Final Fantasy XIII-2 scenario and it’s coming in May. Dengeki PlayStation fills in new details like the storyline’s name, Requiem of the Goddess.

Square Enix said Final Fantasy XIII-2 will have a ton of downloadable content and apparently there’s enough for an additional soundtrack.
