Nintendo of Europe will be managing distribution of Resident Evil: Revelations in PAL territories, and confirmed this morning that a special limited edition bundle of the game will be made available, containing the Circle Pad Pro accessory for the Nintendo 3DS.
As reported previously, the Circle Pad Pro adds a second analog pad and two extra shoulder buttons to the 3DS, and this in turn gives Resident Evil: Revelations a fourth control scheme, in addition to its regular three. Aside from the bundle, a standalone version of the game will also be available.
Resident Evil: Revelations is slated for release on January 27th, 2012 in Europe. One of the game’s features is a new “Raid Mode,” where you and a partner can play together in online co-op to defeat enemies for points. These points can be used to upgrade your characters and weapons.
