RE: Operation Raccoon City DLC Mission Is During Jill’s Escape From Nemesis

Recommended Videos

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be out next week, and Capcom are preparing a free DLC mission for release in April. While the main story campaign has you playing as the Umbrella Security Service, the DLC mission will put you in the shoes of the U.S Spec Ops.

More interesting is the fact that the mission takes place while Jill Valentine is attempting to escape from Nemesis in Resident Evil 3. You may recall that Operation Raccoon City is a “What If” game set during the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3, so it should be interesting to see if we get more DLC missions that touch upon other famous moments for those games in the future.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be released on March 20th on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Europe will get the game on March 23rd, and a PC release will follow on May 18th. The DLC mission is scheduled for release on April 10th.
