Gunners can be unlocked after you reach level 30 in Ranger, and have a skill called Chain Trigger that provides a damage boost. They can use Twin Machine Guns and Gunslash.

Finally, Techers are unlocked once you reach level 30 in Force. Techers use dark, light and wind technics, and are capable of using Wands and Gunslash. They’re intended to be on the frontlines during battle.

All three classes will be available in mid-September. You can read more about the various weapons they can use at the Phantasy Star Fan Blog.
