Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Announced For 3DS

Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire are being remade for the Nintendo 3DS as Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, The Pokémon Company announced this morning. The two games will be released this November worldwide, and are described as a “fresh take” on the originals.



Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire were originally released in 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. They represented the third-generation of Pokémon games, and added a number of advancements to the series, such as Abilities and Natures.
