Success announced on Twitter today that Umihara Kawase Fresh! has been confirmed to have English and Chinese language support outside of the native Japanese subtitles. The game also has a planned worldwide release digitally.

Other languages apart from English and Chinese are being considered, but is still undecided. Success also still have not decided what to do about the physical version of Umihara Kawase Fresh! yet.
Umihara Kawase Fresh! will release for Nintendo Switch in 2019. Recently, Success also talked about the gameplay and whether the game will come out for other systems as well, which you can find here.
