The Phantom Thieves PS4 theme is exclusive to Amazon in Japan. There’s a chance we’ll get it in the West but nothing has been announced on that so far. Persona 5 Royal releases for PlayStation 4 in Japan on October 31, 2019. The game releases in the West in 2020.
