At the Summer Game Fest 2026 Wholesome Direct, we finally learned the 1.0 full game release date for the farming life sim Fields of Mistria. The update will launch on PCs on August 5, 2026. This means it spent exactly a year in early access, as it first launched in August 2025.
The announcement at Wholesome Direct also included some details about what we can expect to see in this next patch. We’ll finally see relationships with bachelors and bachelorettes lead to the next step, which is marriage and kids. We’ll also be able to completely restore Mistria, as the storyline that involves rehabbing and rebuilding the town will end. The Saturday Market will also finally be complete, as all of the NPC vendors will now show up weekly.
NPC Studio’s been pretty good about maintaining its planned roadmap for their indie farming and life sim since its early access debut. For example, we saw some over the last year add new quests, more romance events, new festivals, and the additional love interests Caldarus and the Priestess.
The 1.0 Fields of Mistria PC update release date is August 5, 2026. We don’t know if it will show up on any other platforms yet.
