With Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land Switch 2 Edition, there are a few basic and expected updates with the upgrade pack. It features improved graphics via a higher resolution and apparently a higher framerate, though an exact number wasn’t mentioned in the trailer. GameShare is also supported, and you can still use the save files from the original Switch game.

In the case of Atelier Karia, that features an amnesiac alchemist named Karia. She has no idea who she is, but is on a journey to discover that. As she explores under Aladiss as part of an investigation and learns alchemy, she’ll also learn who she is. This is a follow-up to Atelier Yumia, with Karia even mentioning in the trailer, “I guess I’ll just do my best, like Yumia.”

Atelier Yumia Switch 2 Edition is available now. Atelier Karia: The Night Kingdom & the Guide of Memories will be on the Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in early 2027.
