HoYoVerse and Kura Sushi confirmed a Honkai: Star Rail crossover event with Aventurine and Sparkle will take place at the restaurant chain. This event will be limited to US locations. A start date hasn’t come up yet, but it’s possible we could see it start after the current Tamagotchi event ends on June 23, 2026.

At the moment, only teaser art of Aventurine and Sparkle at Kura Sushi appeared. This involves chibi versions of both of them. He seems to be holding tuna nigiri, while it looks like she has a plate of salmon nigiri. This means these two designs could be used on the merchandise that will appear as part of the promotion. The hint didn’t suggest what the special menu for the crossover might look like.

There’s basically always some sort of anime or game tie-in happening at Kura Sushi. As mentioned earlier, Tamagotchi-related items are there as of time of writing. Before that, Jujutsu Kaisen merchandise and food showed up. Hololive and Kirby items appeared before that.

This means we could end up seeing the Kura Sushi event happen around the same time the 4.4 update appears on June 25, 2026. That is that update that will bring Himiko Nova with it. It’s a five-star Erudition unit tied to the fire element. That’s also when the second part of the Fate/stay Night crossover appears in-game. Rin and Gilgamesh will join as units then.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and a Kura Sushi collaboration crossover with Aventurine and Sparkle is on the way. The Tamagotchi Kura Sushi promotion ends on June 23, 2026.
