Taito announced it will again sell its FFXIV Mini Lamp Quest Icon magnets as Japanese arcade prizes in late August 2026. Three styles will be available, just like the original 2021 run. However, the Main Scenario Quest (MSQ) option will be a Taito exclusive. It’s unknown if we’ll see this FFXIV merchandise officially worldwide somehow, though HobbyLink Japan already has a pre-order listing and Aitai Kuji sold them back when the originals debuted in 2021.
Since this is a reissue of past FFXIV merchandise, the re-release versions of the FFXIV Mini Lamp Quest Icon magnets should look and work in the exact same way as the original ones. The three possible icons are designed to resemble the ones used for the MSQ, Content Unlock Quest, and Sidequest missions and are identical to the ones we see in the MMORPG. The original run also involved sheets that could be placed to show if a quest was available or completed, showing either an exclamation point or check mark, though the product pages on Taito’s site don’t note if that will be the case again this time around.

The FFXIV Mini Lamp Quest Icon magnets will be back in Japanese arcades at the end of August 2026. The MMORPG is available on the Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC worldwide. The Evercold expansion will launch in January 2027.
