Trine 2 finally has a release date, and on PC that’s…in two days! The PC/Mac versions of Trine 2 will be released on December 7th, and Xbox Live Arcade will get it on December 21st. Both those dates are worldwide releases.

PlayStation Network in the U.S. will see Trine 2 on December 20th. However, a release date for the game on the European PlayStation Network hasn’t been decided yet. A Linux version of the game will follow in 2012.

If you want to catch up with some of the additions made to Trine 2, you can peruse our interview with developer, Frozenbyte, where they discuss improvements to the game’s characters and improvements to the game itself.

Update: Fixed error stating the game was out “tomorrow”. The 7th is two days away!
