This week, Sony will add another PSOne Classic to the PlayStation Network: Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare. This is the fourth game in the series and stars two main characters—Edward and Aline—who are on a search for three ancient tablets that contain a sealed evil power.

When their plane gets attacks, Edward and Aline manage to parachute to safety and land on an island. Aline lands on a mysterious mansion, while Edward lands in a forest close by. Throughout the game, you switch between both characters at various points in the story.

Other older titles available on PlayStation Network this week include a bunch of Sega games: Super Hang-On, The Revenge of Shinobi and Wonder Boy in Monster Land are all landing on the service. Sony are also adding Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain to the PlayStation 2 Classics section.
