During Team Ninja’s Tokyo Game Show event, Team Ninja head Yosuke Hayashi announced Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus for PlayStation Vita.

"In February of this year, we released Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus on PlayStation Vita. We are planning to release the sequel, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus, as well," Hayashi said.
No details were given about the game other than it will be available in early 2013.
