The Crew, Ubisoft’s New Racer, Has You Infiltrating A Criminal Organization

Ubisoft have announced The Crew, a multiplayer driving game for release in early 2014.   Ubisoft describe The Crew as an “open world” game that involves you infiltrating a criminal organization in the USA one city at a time, through various kinds of driving missions.   The entire game will be an “online persistent world” that will blur the line between solo and co-operative play. Ubisoft’s trailer and live demo at their E3 media briefing showed police chases and off-road exploration.   The Crew will offer extensive customization options, right down to individual parts of a car to custom build your own vehicle.
