Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate will have a new mode that allows two players to fight each other after picking seven characters each, Famitsu.com reports. The computer will be able to take part in this mode as well.
Additionally, the game’s Survival mode now has a Smash Bros.-like element to it. Items will appear on the stage as you attack your opponent, and you’ll be able to use these recover health or increase your score. There will be nine types of items.
Finally, new tutorials are available in the game’s Training mode and the game also features more detailed data using the Skill Info feature from Dead or Alive 5 Plus on the PlayStation Vita.
Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate is slated for release this September in North America.
