In Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, you have the ability to customize your trainer once the game begins. You do this by visiting boutiques and a salon to change your outfit and hairstyles. You’ll be able to change your clothes, hat, shoes and accessories. A number of cities throughout X and Y’s Kalos region have boutiques, each with their own style. Additionally, when you update your trainer’s look, your icon on the Player Search System (PSS) gets updated, too.
