Believe it or not, certain GameStop stores appear to be stocking something relating to EarthBound. According to a report at Earthbound Central, a GameStop in Houston, Texas has been selling download cards for the Wii U Virtual Console version of the game.   The GameStop in question also had empty game boxes that were re-used and fitted with information on various Virtual Console titles. The box for EarthBound can be seen below:   It would seem that you can’t actually buy these boxes—they appear to be for display purposes only, which is a pity. Still, it is interesting that anything EarthBound-related is being sold in a physical store again (Although, you could just buy the Virtual Console release off GameStop’s online store).
