These Are Two Of The Events In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

Last night on Miiverse, Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai provided two examples of the kinds of events you’ll come across in single-player mode.

“Jackpot Opportunity is one of the Events in single-player mode where you aim to collect 1,000 Gold to pay off your loan,” Sakurai wrote, alongside the screenshot above. “This scenario uses Coin Battle rules.”

Sakurai then highlighted another event, this one featuring Jigglypuff.

“It’s Past Your Bedtime sets up another predetermined situation for a single-player Event,” he said. “In this one, Jigglypuff needs to put every fighter to sleep at the same time. There are quite a few scenarios like this that aren’t simply brawls.”
