Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Animated Short Shows Off Mega Evolutions

This past weekend, The Pokémon Company aired a special animated sort based on Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in Japan. This short is now available for viewing via their YouTube channel, and you can watch it below.

The short is more or less a promotional feature for the game. It stars Brendan and May, who appear to be neighbours, just as they are in the Ruby and Sapphire games, and features a look at Mega Evolution. Even though it isn’t a full-fledged animated feature, it does show off some cool battle footage.

 

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be available in North America on November 21st and in Europe on November 28th. Look out for more coverage of the games on Siliconera this week.
