Afro Samurai’s Takashi Okazaki Working On Izanagi Online MMORPG

Japanese publisher Asobimo, Inc. are bringing their online smartphone MMORPG Izanagi Online to North America.

 

Izanagi Online is a “full-scale” MMORPG that uses Unreal Engine 3 and features characters designed by Takashi Okazaki, known for his work on Afro Samurai. You can visit the game’s website here to look at some of the art.

 

While further details on Izanagi Online have yet to be announced, your goal in the game is to be the top ninja. You accomplish this goal by taking on a variety of missions. We’ll have more details as they are made available.
