According to the Heat Vision blog at Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. are seeking the rights to produce a Bleach movie, with Peter Segal — director on Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult — in the producer’s role.

 

Warner Bros. are already in the process of producing a film based on Akira, and are also looking to negotiate the rights to a Space Invaders movie.
