EVO 2019 Registration Scoreboard’s April Update Has Smash Ultimate On Top And A Rise From UNIST

Registration for this year’s Evolution Championship Series is ongoing, and tournament organizer Joey Cuellar, a.k.a. Mr. Wizard, shared the April update for titles leading with most registrations.

 

Here are Evo 2019’s current titles with the most entrant counts as of April 2, 2019:

    1. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
    2. Tekken 7
    3. Street Fighter V
    4. Mortal Kombat 11
    5. Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st]
    6. Dragonball FighterZ
    7. Samurai Shodown
    8. Soul Calibur 6
    9. Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle

 

Compared to last month, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] jumped from 6th to 5th, and Dragon Ball FighterZ from 8th to 6th.

 

While we won’t get the exact number of entrants until later, check out the final leaderboard count from Evo 2018 below:

    1. Dragon Ball FighterZ – 2,530
    2. Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition – 2,421
    3. Tekken 7 – 1,504
    4. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U – 1,303
    5. Super Smash Bros. Melee – 1,302
    6. BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle – 1,148
    7. Guilty Gear Xrd: Rev 2 – 621
    8. Injustice 2 – 356

 

EVO 2019 runs from August 2 to August 4, 2019. Those of you attending, keep in mind that early bird registration ends on April 8 at 11:59pm PDT. You can register over at the tournament’s official website.
