Metroid Prime 4 Developer Retro Studios Hires Halo Series Modeler Kyle Hefley

Recommended Videos

Back in June, Retro Studios was hiring for Metroid Prime 4’s development, including for an Art Director, and one particular person that was recently hired as a lead character artist at Retro Studios is Kyle Hefley, a character modeler who previously worked at 343 Industries, the studio behind the recent Halo games. [Thanks, VGC!]

Hefley helped modeled many Spartan soldiers that appeared in Halo 4 and Halo 5, including Master Chief in Halo 4. Given that both Master Chief and Samus are known for rarely taking off their armor in their sci-fi series, it’s not hard to see why he was hired to join Retro Studios.

You can check out his work portfolio at Artstation here.

Metroid Prime 4 is in development for Nintendo Switch.
