While pursuing the mystery behind the case, the Phantom Thieves find themselves at a resort island called Kukojima, located close to mainland Okinawa.

The place is a beautiful and lively beach resort with everything from shops for tourists and warm locals.

Okinawa Jail

While looking into the secrets of the island, they find themselves in a laboratory-turned-castle, the Okinawa Jail. It has a horror movie-like ambiance, a dangerous Jail with Shadows lurking in the darkness waiting to attack. You’ll also find voice recorders that might be clues to figuring out what happened on the island.

Phantom Move

By using the Phantom Move, used to quickly reach areas that are higher up,  you can also pull off various actions. For example, you can use the Phantom Move to break through any glass that blocks the paths and other cracked areas you might come across. You can use it to surprise attack enemies from behind or solve Jail puzzles.

You’ll also run into a locked door in Jails. You can use the navigator’s hacking to unlock these doors and start a “Hacking Battle.” While hacking, you must protect the navigator from the attacking Shadows.

Cooking

In Persona 5 Scramble you can cook using ingredients. You can use what you cook as items. Some recover HP or SP while other items have beneficial effects such as power-ups for the party. You can acquire recipes from shops of all areas as well as events to expand your cooking repertoire.

Requests

You’ll get requests from all kinds of people as you advance through the story. These vary from helping those in need to helping out one of the Phantom Thieves. Clearing requests come with big rewards, so they’re certainly worth taking on.
