The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III Switch release date has been revealed for countries that aren’t Japan. People in North America and Europe will be able to begin playing it on June 30, 2020. If you’re in Australia and New Zealand, you’ll be able to pick it up on July 7, 2020. As a reminder, it has already been available on the system in Japan since March 19, 2020.
In addition to The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III Switch release date, we also have access to a trial worldwide. Back in early March 2020, the demo appeared on the Japanese eShop. You can now find it everywhere. Its save data does carry over, so someone could use it to get a head start on Rean’s new adventures as a Thors Academy instructor, then be in a better place to play when the full game launches in June or July.
In addition to the release announcement, NIS America offered a better look at the Extracurricular Edition of the game. This comes with a physical copy of the JRPG, a 20-page mini art book, 26 pieces of DLC, and an animated lenticular card showing Rean and the new Class VII.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III will come to the Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe on June 30, 2020 and in Australia on July 7, 2020. It is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and PC.
