When it comes to Animal Crossing villagers, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has a wealth of different characters available. After all, ahead of launch over 380 were teased. While some people might have and focus on their favorites, Nintendo has revealed a new initiative to give every one of them some attention. There is now an official Animal Crossing Instagram.
“Isabelle” unveiled the new account on Twitter on July 13, 2020, confirming that it will be dedicated to focusing on various Animal Crossing villagers.

So far, two Animal Crossing: New Horizons villagers have been featured. The first is Twiggy. She’s a peppy bird who has been around since Doubutsu no Mori for the Nintendo 64.
The other entry on the Animal Crossing Instagram focuses on Dizzy. Like Twiggy, Dizzy has been around since the very beginning and has appeared in each Animal Crossing installment. He’s a lazy type of villager and, very obviously, an elephant.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available for the Nintendo Switch.
